Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
In the rare case that you receive an unsatisfactory or incorrect product, please refer to the guidelines below to help us resolve the issue promptly and efficiently.
- Damaged goods / Pilferage: Please do not accept the package if there are any signs of tampering with the package or repacking. You can always reject it and we will get back the package as-is condition. If the packaging is perfect but still after opening the package, you find any particular product missing or the product is damaged because of poor handling, do not panic. Send us the photos of the contents on support@thepaperhouse.in We will get back to you with a remedy.
- Returns: Usually the product is dispatched only after undergoing strict quality check but still if the product received has any kind of manufacturing defect or malfunction, then please share images or videos of the product through to the customer care executive using the info@thepaperhouse.in email id. We will understand the concern and take the necessary corrective steps. In this case, too, we will get the same picked up from the delivered address. Please make sure to return the unused product along with original packing. The amount paid for the product would get credited to your original payment mode. We can also offer store credit for the same value. This amount can be used for future purchases.
- Cancellation after payment: Normally products ship the same day for orders received prior to 12 PM and the next day if orders are received post 4 PM. If for any reason, you want to hold the shipment or change your product, please email us at support@thepaperhouse.in . We will get back to you with alternate product options. For any difference in payments, we would either refund the excess with us or share a payments link for the differential amount.
- Solving Usage mismatch: If you are not sure of the exact usage or know-how about the product received, we will guide you before you make a decision to return/ exchange the product. Please share the details with us on our email id support@thepaperhouse.in our specialist will get back to you with the right product usage guidelines.
Terms & Conditions of return / exchange policy:
- For all returns/ exchanges time limit is 7 working days. Please ensure you take immediate action as soon as the product is received.
- Any kind of customized product will not be accepted for exchange or return.
- All refunds/exchanges, if any will be done only after receipt of the unused product and its quality check. Please ensure all original boxes, covers, accessories are sent back in the package.
- Fountain pens in which either cartridge or converter is inserted(irrespective of its usage) will not be accepted back in returns
- Fountain pens that have their nibs tune by us on your specific instructions will not be accepted for returns or refunds or for exchange.
The Paper House has all the rights to update/modify the mentioned terms and conditions in the policy from time to time to ensure better service to customers time and again. For any reason, you find any policy term causing a hindrance to your purchasing decision, do write to us at support@thepaperhouse.in. We would review the same and come up with an amicable solution. All legal matters are subjected to Bhubaneswar jurisdiction only and will be heard in the Bhubaneswar court of law.
